*If you or your child perform(s) in multiple groups, please make sure to check the information for each group, as details may vary.​
* Important note for Sunday, May 17: The Bay to Breakers race will take place that morning, causing major road closures and traffic delays in the area. Please plan extra travel time to ensure your dancer arrives on time at 10:30am. ​​​​​
ATTENDANCE & ON-SITE POLICIES
• Attendance at all regular classes and rehearsals is mandatory.
• Rehearsals are drop-off only — no audience allowed.
• Adults, Ballet 1–5, and Modern 1–5 students may remain at Brava between the morning rehearsal and the show on Saturday, May 16.
- Please pack a mess-free and nut-free lunch
- Pre-Ballet students may not remain on site​
With many students performing and a tightly packed schedule, we will do our best to stay on time.

COMMUNICATION DURING THE RECITAL WEEKEND
• For non-urgent matters, please email us: contact@petitspasstudio.com
• For urgent matters (late arrival, illness, etc.), please text our Event Coordinator Perrine Patel (650-759-5655) and also send an email.
• Instructors will not be available to check emails, texts, or voicemails during rehearsals and performances.

TICKETS: BOOK HERE
• Seating is limited — please purchase tickets in advance.
• Performers do not need a ticket.
• Children under 2 years old (sitting on a parent’s lap) do not need a ticket.
• All other attendees must purchase a ticket.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Doors open 30 minutes before showtime.

COSTUMES, HAIR & MAKEUP
• Performers must arrive at rehearsals and shows wearing their regular class attire.
• Petits Pas staff manages all children’s costumes.
• ​Costumes remain at the studio or Brava Theater at all times.
• ​​Younger dancers will be assisted by our staff.
• Please refer to the schedule to check what students need to bring (tights, ballet or modern shoes, etc.).
• All items must be in excellent condition (no stains or holes).
• No jewelry, no watch, no nail polish, no dyed hair.​​​
HAIR & MAKEUP TUTORIALS
• Bun tutorial (same technique for low, standard, or high buns). The tutorial demonstrates a bun suitable for class.
For the stage, please pin bangs back and apply plenty of hairspray or hair gel. NO bangs, NO flyaway.
• Stage makeup tutorial (for levels 1 and up). Pre-ballet students only need mascara, lipstick and light blush.
