Petits Pas offers yoga classes for women during their pregnancy.
During pregnancy the body goes through many changes. Practicing yoga during that time helps connecting mind and body via self-discovery. Among other things, yoga helps you sleep better, reduce stress, decrease some pains (lower back, headaches,...), increase strength and flexibility through breathing and relaxation techniques.
In addition, you will get the chance to share your experience with other pregnant women and get support from each other.
There is no specific dress code. However, we encourage students to wear loose, comfortable clothes.
