Dance for Adults

Petits Pas offers Ballet, Modern-Contemporary, Cardio-Barre and Floor Barre Classes for Adults.  

In this complex and uncertain situation, we have modified our regular schedule, following local and state authorities recommendations.

Barre au sol (Floor Barre Workout)

All Level

Floor barre workout combines ballet moves, Pilates exercices and Yoga-inspired moves to tone and stretch you head to toe. This is an alternative to the barre and a very useful and safe method to warm up the body and fully understand the dynamic and execution of some movements.

There is no specific dress code. However, we encourage students to wear loose, comfortable clothes.

Cardio-Barre

All Level

This short 30’ workout combines Ballet inspired-moves & Cardio exercices to tone your whole body from head to toe. This workout is an efficient way to build muscle and burn calories long after your workout is over.

There is no specific dress code. However, we encourage students to wear loose, comfortable clothes.

Ballet 

Beginner / Intermediate

This class is designed to develop your ballet skills. The focus is to help each student improve on their current technique, especially if you have not danced in a while. Beginners are also welcome to attend this class as much of the focus will be on body positioning and arm placement.

There is no specific dress code. However, we encourage students to wear loose, comfortable clothes.

Modern Jazz & Contemporary 

All Level 

This class combines contemporary moves inspired by different techniques (Ailey, Limon, Graham and ballet). Movement will be inspired by contemporary jazz music. The focus of this class is to develop placement, style and strength. All levels welcome to this energizing dance class!

There is no specific dress code. However, we encourage students to wear loose, comfortable clothes.
